This was perfect for under my costume! It was nice and fluffy and fun to wear. I highly recommend it for tall people with short skirts or a short person like me with a mid-length skirt that needs some fluff.

I'm using this under my short wedding dress! It makes my dress frothy and romantic.. I'm sure I'll use it on halloween too! One thing to watch for- "one size fits most" I'm a size 2 and it fits me just right-- so if you are bigger, it may squeeze you!

This petticoat was very very poofy! Which is what I was looking for~ I absolutely love it, and im so happy it's not itchy like most petticoat's made from tulle. There are so many layers, I just love it!

You really know a supplier when problems with the order arise and the vendor makes every reasonable effort to comply. I am giving a 5 star evaluation because Fenvy kept on at it in spite of shipping problems with foreign customs. The shipment finally arrived, and even if it did not come in time, that was not Fenvy's fault.

I'm very happy with this! I'm 5'5" and 120 lb and this fits me perfectly, however it has a looot of stretch to it, so I'm sure it would fit bigger and smaller people than me easily. It has just the right amount of poof--not too much, not to little. It looks awesome under dresses! I would definitely recommend it.
