I bought this to go under my Alice in Wonderland Halloween costume. The seller shipped it fast and it is just what I needed. Full and flirty. I am a plus size (18-20) and it fit me just fine, so its true when it says one size fits most. A little more expensive that most petticoats but it has more volume and layers than those I've seen in stores.

I bought this to go under a very short Goldielocks Halloween costume. It was the perfect length and fit well (even though it a one-size-fits all). I am a size 4 and it stayed put all night! It's very stretchy, so I thing it would be flexible to fit a lot of different waist sizes. It was perfectly poofy, just enough to help cover my back-side under the costume.

I wore this petticoat beneath my Alice in Wonderland costume. It was _very_ fluffy with multiple layers, relatively soft- not itchy against my sensitive skin, comfortable- not too loose or tight at the waist, and added a touch of modesty to what would have been a rather short dress. I feel this petticoat truly _made_ the costume; it was that final touch to make my ensemble something special.

Don't know if I agree that "One Size Fits Most." I wear a size 10-12 pants, and this petticoat fit me perfect. Don't think it would fit beyond a size 14 though. It was VERY ruffly and soft....just what I wanted for my costume. A good buy!

I ordered this petticoat to finish off a costume i was creating. It turned out to be even fuller than expected which, in my case, was good. The one size fits all was perfect--not too big or small (I usually wear a size 6 or 8 bottoms.) While it is pretty stretchy, a larger sized woman might feel pinched or get that dreadful belly roll from the elastic band. So be aware. All and all I had a good experience with my purchase and the delivery was quick.
